Nav Vibhor PSSS Sulgwan celebrated International Labour Day on 1st May with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of gratitude. Students from Class 1 to 12 actively participated in the event, making it a vibrant and meaningful celebration that highlighted the dignity of labour and the contributions of the working class. The program began with a special morning assembly focused on the importance of Labour Day. Students and teachers delivered motivational speeches, reflecting on the history and relevance of this day in today’s world.
A debate and essay writing competition was conducted as part of the celebration, where students expressed powerful thoughts and ideas on topics related to labour and social justice
four teams participated in the debate, with Team A and Team C emerging as the winners, impressing the judges with their clarity, confidence, and depth of knowledge. To honor the unsung heroes of the school, students prepared handmade thank-you cards and appreciation notes for the support staff, acknowledging their tireless efforts in maintaining the school environment.
